The object of the game is to develop a deep understanding of five categories of questions. These categories vary by the game version chosen. As an example, Leadership categories are: Leadership; Achieving Goals; Problem Solving; Motivating People; Ethics.
The WTTG game is won by answering questions on the five components in any game version. As players answer each question, they are building knowledge and an understanding of what each category means to their success as an associate and to the success of the company.

There is a measurement tool built into the WTTG game. The "Goal Showdown" is a process where the players set goal for a follow-up training session.
