Description

This game version covers the top 21 skills and competencies sought by employers and prepare participants for the workplace or post-secondary education. The categories are: Interpersonal Skills; Professional Aptitude; Tech Competencies; Communication; Resourcing. The categories are structured to teach concepts of a positive work ethic, diversity awareness, resource management, and creativity, as well as technology skills. The object is to provide participants a hands on, engaging method to assess skills and prepare for the Workplace Readiness Skills (WRS) for the Commonwealth Assessment.
