The Customer Service Version is problem resolution and sales training for any company handling customer concerns. The training is applicable for all types of sales as the questions are based on problem resolution and sales training skills dealing specifically with customers in either a face to face situation or on the phone. All sales training versions include 30 blank cards to customize for your company. Price includes up to 2 hours of facilitation. An additional charge for travel expenses will apply.
