This game version covers the five categories of leadership: Leadership Basics; Reaching Goals; Decision Making; Motivating People; and Ethics. Leadership does not merely mean “being in charge”. True leaders display specific characteristics. The game’s objective is to instill the belief that all associates can learn and exemplify leadership traits.
